Mick Bull is the Co-Founder and Co-Director and has been with Air Extreme since the business opened in 2006. His day at Air Extreme consists of organising a team of staff for each job. Meet Lee, one of Air Extreme’s project managers and our commercial supervisor. After previously working with the directors, Justin and Mick, he was more than happy to join them when they started Air Extreme Air Conditioning and has been working with this team for over 12 years.

Domestic Supervisor
Meet Nathan, our domestic supervisor who is in charge of coordinating the weekly jobs and attending residential suites for custom installations. He ensures that work is completed to a high standard, on time, with no mess, and makes sure our team have fun at the same time!

Domestic Estimator
Ryan, or Vanderz as he’s sometimes known, is our domestic estimator and has been with Air Extreme for eight years. He would describe the rest of the Extreme team as productive, reliable and honest!

Dianne, or Di, is our Accounts and Administration Manager, which often means she has a hand in everything. She is the face and fast hands behind our emails, and her days are always busy!

Air Extreme Air Conditioning is proud to have a team of highly qualified air conditioning installers servicing the domestic and commercial sectors. Air Extreme Technicians have many years’ experience and know the industry inside out. The team regularly undertake training in air conditioning installation, preventative maintenance and breakdown repair and we equip them with quality tools to ensure they complete every job to the highest possible standard.
Apprentices
We pride ourselves on producing quality tradesmen by supporting our apprentices while they complete the nationally accredited Certificate III in Air-conditioning and Refrigeration at TAFE NSW. The Air Extreme team make it a priority to spend quality time with our apprentices to ensure they are getting the most out of their studies. This helps to ensure they have a full understanding of what they’re learning in the classroom and how it translates to the on-the-job reality.
