When Bronwyn’s air conditioner suddenly stopped working just before Christmas, she faced the stress of trying to find a company available for a stressful and urgent air conditioning service.
With an error code appearing on the unit, Bronwyn’s husband, Motaz made a trip to Sydney to try and sort it out before Christmas Eve. Unfortunately, the issue couldn’t be resolved, leaving them without the comfort of air con during the summer heat.
Having received residential services from our team before, Motaz drove to our warehouse on the last day of operations for 2024 to see how long he would have to wait before the system could be fixed.
While our team couldn’t assist prior to the Christmas shutdown due to being fully booked, we were ready to help in every way possible.
Immediate diagnosis and support
When Motaz arrived at our warehouse, he was greeted by one of our Admin team members, Emma, who explained that although our team wouldn’t be able to assist prior to Christmas due to it being the last day before the shutdown period, we’d do everything we could to get the system back up and running early in the new year..
That same day, Emma was able to source the necessary part to fix the system ordered the required motherboard, assuring Motaz that our team would be in touch once it arrived when we reopened in the new year.
True to our word, when Motaz visited our warehouse after we re-opened in January, we had the part ready to go!
“Before Motaz had even arrived home from visiting the warehouse Air Extreme, Sam the Service Technician had called to see if someone was home for him to head over and repair the system,” Bronwyn said.
“Emma was incredibly helpful, honest, and knew exactly what to do. She didn’t make promises she couldn’t keep, and as soon as the team was back, they made it a priority to get us sorted.”

Sam arrived promptly, diagnosing the system efficiently and installing the new motherboard with precision. He checked every component thoroughly, ensuring the system was running smoothly before leaving.
By that morning, Bronwyn and her family were able to enjoy the comfort of cool air once again.
“Sam was fantastic – so efficient, professional, and knowledgeable. It was such a relief to have the air conditioner working again so quickly,” Bronwyn said.
